1) What does Priority Officer perk do? "20% reduction on charging time" apparently isn't about portals/teleportation, as the TP cooldown time is 60s whether you equip it or not.

2) "Player A marked player B" - how is this done, how do you mark players? The only thing I see in options is...

3) ... "Signal on minimap", and this particular control bind seems to have absolutely no effect.

4) "Purchase escorts" - another keybind that might actually be mildly useful for the hardcore SI connoisseur, but doesn't seem to work. Are these two simply not implemented?

Hold ctrl and left click on an enemy ship to mark it, which puts a red circle around it. It also works on turrets. You can signal on the minimap by just right clicking on it, so I assume it's not needed.

The way that both time reduction passives works is that the counter goes down faster. Well, I know that's how the death time reduction works, but I assume the other operates in the same way.

Derp... well, I don't use default controls so left ctrl does nothing for me. Turns out that what you are referring to is precisely the 'signal on minimap' key, however. So, that keybinding does have a purpose even if it is named incorrectly.

I think you are correct, Morpheus, that the perk causes each second to last 0,8s instead of simply reducing the timer - a questionable implementation.

The same thing happens with command field and the skill recharge buff, but in this case just dropping the cooldown timer and advancing it at the normal rate doesn't make sense. I guess the devs went for unified mechanics, but I would agree that it makes the timers a bit misleading when you have the perks.

Hello guys I just look into the code and the reduction is applied when you die for the respawn reduction but when you teleport it's the respawn reduction that is applied to the teleport cooldown.

Thanks for the report it will be solved in the next patch.

For the command field there is no other possibilities to do it because it's not a cooldown reduction but a cooldown regen boost.
